Sunset plaza is a two-story main residence of approximately 10,000 square feet, with a nine-car garage. The design reciprocates that of a Southern California resort and includes a one-story guesthouse of approximately 2,000 square feet. The living areas flow seamlessly through the living room, into the dining room, featuring a state-of the-art kitchen. Landscaped gardens, combined with city views, provide a bold impression.
