3350 Wilshire is an 190,000 SF, 12-story building, originally opened in 1957 as the West Coast headquarters for the oil and gas company, Texaco. The project’s rear parking structure, 685 Catalina, is now capped by four levels of wood-frame construction containing an additional 120 units of housing. The scope of this project includes a seismic upgrade per the City of LA adaptive reuse ordinance requirements as well as engineering to support interior architectural modifications as required, and a rooftop deck and pool at the 10th foor.
