4th & Traction (Coca Cola Building) — Los Angeles Arts District
Developer: Hudson Pacific Properties | Architect: HLW
Fourth and Traction is a major renovation of a former Coca-Cola Facility, built in phases between 1915 and 1960. The original building’s industrial character was preserved and now features creative office space, a ground floor restaurant and retail, and a rooftop penthouse and deck. The large 30,000 SF floor plates are complemented by 14-foot ceilings and operable steel frame windows. Also included in the project was a 7-story, 320-stall parking structure totaling 134,000 SF.
