5300 McConnell is the repositioning of a 73,000 square foot building in the Playa Vista Tech District of Los Angeles. Reinvigorated with bright red metal enclosures and dark zinc cladding, the new design is made to attract and bring solutions to creative office tenants. In the evening, the illuminated screen on the exterior building glows, making it appear as an inviting lantern. Furthermore, high-performance insulated glass improves the energy flow of the building.
