5600 W Adams is a brand new creative office located in one of LA’s most sought-after neighborhoods. The structure consists of two steel-framed levels totaling approximately 27,000 SF, over one level of podium parking totaling approximately 18,700 SF, over two subterranean parking levels totaling approximately 36,600 SF. 

Blending mid-century modern architecture with industrial elements, the building features open floor plates with exposed ductwork, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and spacious outdoor patios.
