Known as “Western Station,” this new Koreatown development will re-energize the corner of 8th St and Western with an 8-story, 241,100 SF multifamily complex featuring 13,300 SF of commercial/amenity space and one level of subterranean parking. Additionally, the project will adaptively reuse the adjacent 1930s parking garage, which is among the oldest reinforced concrete garages in LA. The 4-story structure will be seismically strengthened and restored in anticipation of new parking, retail, and generous rooftop amenity space.
