Located in El Segundo near public transit, major highways, and LAX, 888 North Douglas is the transformation of an historic aerospace manufacturing and warehousing facility into a modern creative office. Known historically as an aerospace hub and for its Chevron refinery, the City has diversified in recent years, and has seen more demand from office tenants and developers.
888 Douglas is unique due to it’s expansive scale – with vibrant features that match it’s westside location. The materials are reminiscent of industrial metal work and fasteners, featuring a color palette of cool grays and metallics. On the 20-acre site, massive building structures originally utilized for transportation and aerospace manufacturing have been thoughtfully transformed for the modern workforce.
