925 N. La Brea is a six-story, mixed-use development in the Hollywood Media District. The project features a creative office space of about 50,000 square feet on its upper three floors. The bottom floor is dedicated to 15,000 square ft of street-view commercial space with 15-foot ceilings. Outdoor landscaping includes drought tolerant plants, providing visitors with outdoor amenities, while glass balconies provide a 360-degree panoramic views of the city.
