The new Birdie G’s is the TI and renovation of an existing steel framed warehouse style building. The project has industrial overtones - ranging from a soaring steel-beamed ceiling and brushed cement floors to a vintage former factory cart from Cleveland doubling as a credenza. There is also a 12-seat chef’s table, a 42-seat patio out front looking into the breezeway that doubles as the entrance, and a 30-seat private dining room in the back. Additional amenities include a wide, open bar, and expansive warehouse style windows.
