Camarillo is a 60-unit apartment project including 90 parking spaces. The project breaks the traditional mold of a residence by formatting the space to transform the way people live, into a community-oriented, interactive space. Ground level features include a bike storage, and parking, while the second level has a large public courtyard. The courtyard connects the street to the lower level.
