Chuck is a true leader and a mentor to many. With over 40 years of experience in the engineering industry, he has been involved in projects of all types, including recreational and educational facilities, hotels, parking structures, museums, housing, as well as renovations and seismic evaluations.

He joined LFA in 2013 and has been selflessly sharing his experience and mentorship since becoming an influential member to the firm’s growth and excellence. Seeking new opportunities, challenges, and ways to contribute, his involvement as the Chairman of the Board of ACE Mentoring Program has changed the lives of scores of young, aspiring students.

Chuck was recently presented an award by ACE for his contributions over his 6 years as a mentor and Chairman of Board for 4 years.
