EBM Design requires substantial coordination with the supporting structural design, and naturally compliments the current services we provide our clients. LFA can provide new design or modifications to existing EBM equipment and systems, which ensure the safety, aesthetics, and longevity of a building. Our strategy for EBM includes the following:
Evaluating and determining the best EBM design suited for the project.
Engineering services for new EBM equipment connections to support the required design loads.
Reviewing and responding to RFI, submittals, and shop drawings.
Reviewing and coordinating equipment layouts required with the design team, as well as construction documents prepared by other disciplines in relation to EBM equipment.
Providing EBM equipment connection details for the Architect’s review and coordination.
Liaise with the EBM installer during construction as needed.
