Principal

With over 17 years of experience in civil engineering, Frank Larocca brings a strong combination of technical excellence and creativity to the field. He enjoys working with clients to solve complex design challenges, especially in areas like storm water treatment, where aesthetics and space limitations are tested.

Since joining LFA, he has built a rapidly growing and reputable civil engineering team. He is involved in everything from project management and design, to business development and mentorship of his team. Frank says he chose civil engineering simply because he is good at math, but has stayed and excelled because he enjoys being a team player on many of the projects that are shaping the world we live in. Outside of his work as a Principal, Frank enjoys spending every available minute with his wife and two beautiful, young daughters.
