LFA is the SEOR for the City of Hawthorne’s Senior Center renovation. In addition to retrofitting and renovating 9,600 SF of existing space, the project will introduce a 10,000 SF addition on the second level. Amenities will include various recreational rooms that connect to the outdoors, a cafeteria and commercial kitchen, ample greenspace and natural lighting, conference/flex space, a bocce ball and pickleball court and much more.
