The project at IMT Sunkist calls for 249 housing units, including 27,500 SF of retail, restaurants, and a grocery store. The development will consist of colorful buildings, surrounded by open space amenities- including a small park planned along the banks of the Los Angeles river. Approximately 127,000 SF of the 1970s Sunkist Headquarters will be preserved and used as office space.
