John Wells Productions expanded into a custom-designed space that blends functionality with a relaxed, home-like feel. Two aging bowstring truss buildings were merged through extensive structural retrofits and the addition of large skylights, which help fill the space with natural light.

Inspired by the Japanese Bento Box, the layout thoughtfully nests distinct work and communal areas, fostering both focus and collaboration.
