The new John Wells Production Office was built from a desire to create purposeful spaces while retaining a relaxed home feeling. The office layout was inspired by the traditional Japanese Bento Box, creating break-out spaces within the building to reinforce the feeling of clear divides between working and communal spaces. This design is most prominent in the entry corridor where a central table commands attention to the center of the room with small and large meeting rooms.
