The J.W. Marriott & L.A. Live Convention Center Expansion includes a 40-story hotel tower with three new levels of conference and ballroom space above an existing West Olympic parking garage. The $500M addition will result in about 800,000 SF of contiguous exhibition space, a key improvement that would make it more competitive with other convention venues in the country.
