Legado Encino is a new mixed-use development with parking below grade, retail on the first floor and residential at the upper levels.  The construction is concrete-framed at the parking and retail with wood-framing above at the residential levels. This 125 unit apartment complex is located in Encino and has won the “Livable Streets” commendation from the City of Los Angeles Planning Department, along with the “Best Mixed-Use Project” from the San Fernando Valley Business Journal.
