Hollenbeck Terrace is the adaptive re-use project of a hospital that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In the renovation, the nurse’s dorm was converted to 23 affordable apartments for low-income seniors. Amenities include decorated community rooms, historic grand dining room, library, and performance space. The project is approximately 130,000 SF.
