The MGA campus project transforms the former LA Times Chatsworth printing facility into a dynamic, mixed-use corporate, residential, and retail campus for one of the world’s largest toy companies. Spanning 24 acres, the site has been designed as a sequence of engaging spaces, offering visitors and employees a multitude of experiences as they navigate the campus—much like a unique adventure story.

The existing 255,000 SF building has been repurposed into creative office and production space, while the surrounding paved areas are reimagined with four new buildings featuring residential and retail uses. The campus is connected by open spaces featuring a diverse array of social zones and amenities, including an amphitheater, village green, transit plaza, dog park, community gardens, two pool areas, and a sports park, creating a vibrant atmosphere for both work and play.
