Two 14-story buildings that include a mixture of multifamily residential, retail, restaurants, and a hotel or offices. The Premier on First will be constructed in two phases. Phase 1 consists of a single 14-story residential tower with 154 multifamily units, ground floor retail, three stories of parking above grade plus two levels of subterranean parking. Phase 2 consists of one of two scenarios: Phase A proposes a 14-story hotel, three stores of parking above grade, ground floor retail and a sub-level for back-of-house facilities. Phase B proposes a 14-story office building, three stores of parking above grade, ground floor retail and two levels of subterranean parking.
