The Private Country Club project features three freestanding one-story structures and associated site improvements in Southern California. LFA provided structural engineering services through design, permitting, and construction.

As geotechnical requirements evolved, the project transitioned from shallow foundations to a deep, pile-supported system. LFA led the structural redesign and developed an SEOR-led solution addressing the revised foundation requirements while maintaining the project’s overall design intent.
