The Hilton Canopy Hotel located on the corner of L and 9th Street, is planned to be a vibrant, mixed-use 14-Story project with one level of subterranean parking. The building setback provides ample room for the outdoor activities, while the “transparent” glass on the ground entry level welcomes hotel guests, residents, and the public into the new project. Features include a very public realm experience, with an active retail, restaurant, café, and bar program. Total square footage of the hotel is 280,000 SF.
