Right off the 101 freeway in Hollywood, the St. Andrews Apartments are taking shape with topped off concrete and wood panelized framing, which has helped shorten the construction schedule.

The eight-story building, which broke ground in 2021, will feature 185 units including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments above a three-level, 294-car parking structure. Two of these parking levels will be above-grade parking and share habitable spaces. Additionally, the contemporary low-rise building will include common amenities such as a courtyard, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a rooftop deck.
