1360 Summitridge is a 9,000 square ft modern single family house distributed in four levels. The signature of this house is the cantilevered master suite floating 30’ over the patio. Structural elements concealed in the master parapet and fireplace enabled this construction. A covered column-free outdoor patio looks out to city views.
