Sycamore is an eight-story office building with a total area of 67,000 SF and an unique exterior oblique, which transforms the current underutilized site into a contemporary ‘vertical campus.'

The building is located in an evolving community known as the Media District, where the new project will specifically meet the needs of TV, Film, and commercial industry tenants.

Additional features include usable outdoor-indoor workspaces, along with ground floor retail space.
