As part of its nationwide expansion efforts, Tesla is putting down roots in Chatsworth, CA with plans to convert the existing Pacific Winnetka theater for industrial use. LFA was tapped to lead the retrofit and renovation of the 136,400 SF structure, enabling its transformation into Tesla’s new delivery hub and service center.
