The Arroyo is a 64-Unit affordable family and senior housing apartment building. The project is made up of two structures, each of which are five-story, Type III structures. Approximate size of the building is 115,830 SF, including a 3,000 SF community space. Special features of the complex include on-site services like wellness classes and computer skills training, as well as amenities including a basketball court and outdoor seating area.
