The project combines modern and timeless architecture, featuring articulated balconies, concrete frames, natural wood accents, expansive glass elements, and a distinctive roof feature that creates a strong sense of arrival. Its contemporary design is enhanced by integrated landscaping and screening elements that improve the pedestrian experience while concealing parking areas. To maximize efficiency and project viability, the development utilizes an innovative structural system with a 30' x 45' grid and post-tensioned concrete construction, delivering a cost-effective and sustainable design solution.
