The Roy is a 81,710 SF / 92 unit project replacing an existing area of small commercial and residential buildings. The new multi-family building consists of studio rooms, as well as 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, with amenities including a community room, gym, and play area for dogs. A large 3-Story opening can be seen from the exterior view at the center of the building, bridged by a rooftop deck which features a landscaped courtyard and movie screen area. Approximate cost of the project is $16M.
