The Ventura Veteran’s Home will consist of 122 units, 60 of which will be permanent supportive housing units and additional 60 units for low-income veterans and seniors, as well as their families. Amenities include a large community center, kitchen, offices, computer room and lounge, community garden, and picnic area. The project will be energy efficient and will target LEED Gold Certification.
