EBM Project Manager

Viktoria, who recently joined our Irvine location, will be spearheading our EBM (Exterior Building Maintenance) Design practice. With 7 years of experience as a project manager and over 200 Exterior Building Maintenance projects, Viktoria has extensive knowledge of both existing buildings and new construction projects. Her proficiency involves projects of all types including residential, commercial, and high-rise. As a detail-oriented person, Viktoria always ensures each project conforms with Cal/OSHA codes and regulations.

Notable projects Viktoria has managed are Monticello (Santa Clara), Harbor Club (San Diego), Crescent Village (San Jose), Marriot Marquis (San Diego), and Manchester Grand Hyatt (San Diego).

Outside of work, Viktoria enjoys spending time with family and friends, painting, drawing, and playing billiards.
